Accessibility statement

Our commitment

October Arena aims to make the marketing site, public tournament pages, team registration, and admin login accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for code and content under our control.

Conformance status

Current status: partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Core public routes pass automated checks (axe-core) in CI. A full criterion-by-criterion evaluation requires a formal third-party audit before legal sign-off of an ACR/VPAT.

Scope

In scope: home, Open Game Club, tournament list, tournament pages, team registration, legal information, this statement, error pages (404), admin login.

Not fully under our control: the EasyWeek online booking widget (third-party JavaScript and provider modal/iframe). First-party links to booking.easyweek.com.ua are also available in the site header and footer.

Compatibility

We test on recent Chrome and Safari on desktop; mobile scenarios are covered in the pre-release manual checklist.

Recommended assistive technology: VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA or JAWS (Windows), keyboard-only navigation.

Known limitations

• EasyWeek booking widget — third-party component; booking modal accessibility depends on the vendor.
• Dynamic tournament and registration pages depend on Supabase data; CI a11y tests cover static routes and 404; full tournament flows are tested locally with A11Y_TOURNAMENT_SLUG.
• The authenticated admin panel has broader functionality; some forms are not yet on the shared FormField primitive.
